Founder / Creative Director, Molly O'Neil Newport Beach native (Assoc. AIA, Assoc. ASID, and Assoc. IIDA) has over 20 years of national and international experience in residential and hospitality architectural interior design, creating and implementing concepts that are unique and relevant.

Molly was previously Director of Architecture, Engineering and Design for Jack in the Box. She has worked for some of the nation’s leading corporations, managing, and rolling out global re-imaging and branding programs, and overseeing franchise support for such companies as Gap, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, to name a few. Molly is highly accomplished at designing seamless customer experiences and behind the scenes functions that are as easy and cost efficient to replicate as possible.

Her hospitality background provides Molly with the unique ability to apply a pragmatic approach to luxury residential projects, keeping our designers on time and on budget. Molly believes in bringing her Client’s vision to life with passion, creativity, collaboration, and a respectful professional relationship.

With over 25 years of expertise in designing luxury homes, boutique hotels, and restaurants, O’Neil is dedicated to creating inspiring spaces that exude warmth, elegance, and individuality through her masterful use of color and texture. Her signature approach to design seamlessly blends vibrant hues with the tactile richness of fine materials, from the cool touch of marble to the warmth of polished wood, and the luxury of bespoke fabrics.
